Terms of service
Last updated 2 November 2026
These terms cover booking a campaign with Hummable LLC (“Hummable”, “we”), a Florida limited liability company, and using this site. By booking or sending us a song, you agree to them. Hummable is for artists, managers and labels promoting music as part of their work, so you also confirm you’re booking for your music career or business. If you book for an artist, a label or a company, you confirm you’re allowed to agree for them. You must be 18 or older.
What a campaign is
A campaign is a set number of TikTok videos that use your song, made and posted by independent creators. Your plan sets how many videos, the size of the creators who make them, and the price. We book creators from our network who fit your song, and a person on our team checks every video before it posts.
You can approve each video before it posts, or just OK the plan and leave the videos to us. Waiting for approvals can push posts back.
No promised results
We stand behind the work we agree: the creators, the number of videos and the dates. We don’t promise views, streams, followers, chart places, or that your song will trend.
Your song
You confirm that you own or control the song (the recording and the composition), or have permission from everyone who does, for it to be used in paid, labelled posts on TikTok, and that this won’t break anyone else’s rights. If the song is out, it should be on TikTok as an official sound.
You keep every right to your music. You let us and our creators use the song, its artwork and what you send us only to run your campaign and show you its results.
When it starts
Your campaign starts once it’s paid for and we have your song’s TikTok sound, which you can add when you book or on your campaigns page after. A song that isn’t out yet starts on its release day. If we find that a song isn’t cleared for TikTok, we stop its campaign and refund every video that isn’t booked with a creator yet.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and shown before you book. When you book, you pay the full price by card, through Stripe. If we can’t book a creator for one of your videos, we refund that video. If you send us your song first instead, you pay once you’ve said yes to the plan.
If you pay from outside the US, your bank may add a fee to change currency. Where the law makes us charge a tax, we add it before you pay. If you’re registered for VAT or GST where you are, you account for any that’s due yourself.
Where we work
We take clients anywhere, except where US law doesn’t let us: anyone in a country or region under a US embargo, such as Cuba, Iran or North Korea, or anyone on a US sanctions list.
If a creator doesn’t post
We replace them with another creator who fits your song, or you don’t pay for that video: if you’ve paid already, we refund it.
Cancelling
You can cancel for a full refund until we’ve booked creators for your campaign. Once a creator is booked, we’ve promised them the work, so their video can’t be refunded, except as above.
Paid posts are labelled
Every paid post is disclosed as an ad: TikTok’s paid-partnership label is on, and “ad” is on screen and in the caption, as the law and TikTok’s rules require. Please don’t ask a creator to hide it.
The videos
Creators are independent, not our employees, and each video belongs to the creator who made it. If you’d like to use one anywhere else, such as in an ad, ask us and we’ll ask them.
Results
Your campaigns page shows each post and its views as TikTok reports them. TikTok’s numbers can change, and a creator or TikTok can take a post down; we can’t control either.
Your account
Keep your password to yourself: you’re responsible for what’s done with your account. If you think someone else has used it, tell us straight away.
Using the site
Don’t send anything that isn’t yours to send, try to break into or overload the site, or copy it by automated means.
Liability
We run every campaign with care, but the service is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses, such as lost income or streams, and our total liability for a campaign is what you paid for it. If a claim against us comes from your song or what you sent us (such as a rights claim), you’ll cover our costs. Nothing here limits what the law doesn’t let us limit.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change, the date at the top changes too. A change never applies to a campaign you’ve already booked.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute goes to its courts. If the law where you live gives you rights that no contract can take away, these terms don’t take them away.
